Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan - BPJS Kesehatan is the national health social security agency of Indonesia, fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. BPJS Kesehatan is a public agency in Indonesia which established specifically to implement the health social security program in Indonesia. BPJS Kesehatan operates primarily as a Social Security Provider for Health in Indonesia. BPJS Kesehatan was formed by the Government of Indonesia on 31 December 2011 under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia No 24 of 2011 to replace the function of PT Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia (Persero) or ASKES, a state-owned health-care insurance company in Indonesia. BPJS Kesehatan is based in Jakarta and Its head office is registered at Jl Letjend Suprapto Kav 20 No 14 Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat 10510. BPJS Kesehatan now has 13 regional area offices, 127 branch offices, 388 operational offices and 2,042 BPJS Kesehatan centers spread in all over Indonesia.

According to information found in BPJS Kesehatan Financial Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BPJS Kesehatan maintains total assets of Rp 12,167.65 billion in 2016 as compared with Rp 12,150.12 billion in 2015. Referring to its financial report, BPJS Kesehatan managed to recored total contribution revenue of Rp 67,404.01 billion in 2016. This number is increase from Rp 52,691.11 billion in 2015. Total participants as of February 2018 amounted to 192,029,645 participants.

Requirements

Maximum age of 58 years old.
Able to operate a computer.
Able to speak English ( passive and active).
S2 / S3 education in the field of law.
Experienced in drafting legal products or as legal drafter (laws, regulations, etc.) (include in your CV).
Understanding the Concept of Social Health Insurance.
