Selain AP Properti, terkait bisnis properti, AP I memiliki anak usaha di bidang hotel, yakni AP Hotel. PT. Angkasa Pura Properti sepanjang 2013 menggarap proyek sedikitnya Rp.800-an miliar. Proyek tersebut terdiri atas dua proyek properti dan satu terminal private jet. Ketiganya berlokasi di Bali. 

PT. Angkasa Pura Properti are seeking the best candidates to fill following position below : 

1. Quality Surveyor (Project Base)

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• Maximum 29 years old
• Min. 1 year(s) of working experience as Quality Surveyor
• Able to culculate & analysis project price, costs, volume (RAB,BQ)
• Able to implement the applications of MS Office, Ms Project and AutocAD
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Willing to be place in every Airports around Indonesia

2. Accounting & Finance Project (Staff)

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Maximum age of 29 years old
• Min. 1 year of experience in the related field
• Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in  English (minimum passive)
• Able to work in a team
• Willing to be placed in project site (every airport in central and eastern part of Indonesia)

3. Mechanical Electrical Staff

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical)
• Maximum age 29 years old
• From reputable university with GPA 2.80
• Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal with strong analitycal ability, good organization and planning skill
• Computer literate with excellent skills of microsoft office
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Aplicant must be willing to work in every airport araound Indonesia
• Full time position
• Available for 8 slot position
